Eko Boys Prodigy Ogunleye Muiz Scores On Competitive Debut As Ghetto Light FC Secure Massive Away Victory Over Young Stars In The GFCF Youth League

On a breezy afternoon at the Igbo Owu Mini Stadium on Saturday, Ghetto Light FC pipped home side Young Stars FC 2 - 1 in their inaugural fixture of the GFCF Youth League.

The Ghetto ballers drew first blood in the opening minutes of the game through a sublime left footed freekick from Ogunleye Muiz.

Less than 5 minutes later, the EKO Boys High School prodigy was again in the mix as he linked up perfectly with Assistant Captain
Bankole Suliamon, who slotted the ball confidently in the back of the net to take the scoreline to 2 - 0 at half time.

Team Captain Rahmon Basit squandered chances upon chances to increase the scoreline before Young Star's combative midfielder drove home a close range freekick to reduce the deficit to 2 - 1.

The game ended 2 - 1 as the away team bagged all three points to go top in group D. The Ghetto ballers will now face off with Peace FA in a rescheduled game at Igbo Owu on Wednesday.
